I played at JUCO and saw a lot of different characters. I’ve never played for someone who is as intense and Coach Kay. Every day was high pace and intense and if you did not come to play every day he really would let you have it. What he does is not for everyone, but if you want to win and improve he would be the guy you want to play for.

Played for Coach Kay for 2 years. Was easily the best coach that I’ve had in any country that I’ve played in. Every day was intense and the attitude he created within any player allowed us to do things we could never dream of.
