Adric is so nice and encouraging on the pool deck!! I am always excited to see him and he gives good advice. Sometimes he is too nice though and doesn’t like to give corrections

I like Adric a lot, because it is so easy to tell that he cares about the team. He's friendly, funny, and always willing to stay late if there is anything you need help with.

He's a nice guy and I enjoyed his presence on the pool deck, but I don't think he excels at pushing his athletes to be better. Very positive, but not overwhelmingly motivating.
