Has a tendency to lash out unnecessarily. Harshly makes fun of players and embarrasses them. Very awkward, not approachable at all, sometimes makes one uncomfortable. His children running around the pool deck is distracting. Shames or screams at players with no positive reinforcement, therefore nobody is motivated.
