Coach Guido is awesome. She cares about players on and off the field. Done a great job turning around culture from a horrible previous coach. I expect great things from future Colgate WLax teams.

Great coach, great person. Smart, organized, empathetic, protective, strategic, excellent communication skills. Just needs more time to turn around a program that was pummeled by bumbling clueless previous coach.
