Seriously beware before committing to this program. The environment can be extremely negative, unprofessional, and unsupportive. There are major concerns about how employees and student-athletes are treated, and the leadership style often comes across as harsh, disrespectful, and unnecessarily nasty. The coaching style can feel more discouraging than motivating, and the overall team culture may not be healthy for every athlete. If you value strong mentorship, professionalism, and a supportive environment, it is worth seriously considering other options first. Want proof talk to current and past employees/athletes

She will drop some her best athletes. She can be frugal and sneaky. Ive heard of 2 situations where she handled scholarship situations illegally and poorly affecting the athletes mental health and messed with their educational plans. Be careful

She is great! She takes the time to sit down with each and every athlete to get to know them and see how she could best help them become the best athlete they can be. Coach can be VERY direct (almost blunt), but I'd prefer that to someone being fake to me! Just keep a line of communication and there will be no issues at all.
