First year as a coach at Fordham. From knowing him so far he's a pretty cool dude who cares about the program and especially the players. He can relate to what we go through because he was a D1 athlete. He's honest, direct and funny. So, pretty excited on what he's going to bring to the program.

Doesn't know how to rally the team together. Multiple players on the team are transferring because of him. Blamed whole season on the players and not being tough instead of terrible play calling and leadership skills. Team as a whole does not want to play for him.

Has the potential to be a very good head football coach, but for now should stick to an assistant gig. Knowledgeable at what he is doing, but sometimes feels the pressure of in game situations and makes poor calls. Needs to learn how to motivate and bring the team together, then will become a very successful head coach.

He gets mentally flustered too easily which hinders the offense. He knows a lot of football but not good at managing a whole team. He needs to get his team to buy in and want to play for him. He also is young so he has room to grow.
