Honestly, this coach has no business leading a Division 1 program. He doesn’t really understand the game at a high level and tries to run a system that doesn’t make sense and clearly doesn’t work. It felt like we were just going through the motions with no real purpose or direction. He also showed zero concern for athletes’ mental health. There was no support, no checking in—just pressure with no understanding. On top of that, he constantly disrespected his own staff, even though he always talked about being a “united front” in front of the team. It was all talk, no action. Itfelt like he was more about control than actually helping us grow. It was frustrating, draining, and honestly disappointing to be part of. He is mentally unstable and takes out his personal matters and emotions on players.
