Coach was great with my sister he even flew to England when recruiting her and we all had dinner together. Also on our visit I liked to see his coaching style and we got to a meet a lot of people which we know will help her succeed there.

Very honest about where you stand recruiting wise. Harsh but honest and what I need as an athlete, which is much better than lying about where you stand obviously, especially when there are such large rosters for field hockey teams. Funny too

Andy was very honest throughout the whole recruiting process. He also visited me in my home country and made a big effort to get to know me and see me play so that was great. He was genuinely interested in me and my family as a whole. He has a more direct coaching style which I personally prefer but that also can come across as uncaring in certain situations.

Favoritism toward specific player(s) is all encompassing and costs team wins. Is immature, not a good communicator, not trustworthy. Wants to make team better but doesn't know how to do it because he won't listen to anyone but himself.

He is not only a terrible coach, he is a terrible human. His comments on players bodies and overall character is extremely damaging. He should not be allowed to interact with teenagers and young females.
