New D1 head coach title for him- .thats your first red flag here! Came to coach existing team-, short tempered, difficult to talk to, Instills fear in players, plays favourites over skilled players,. Threats and punishments are common. Doesn’t develop players. No positive feedback/no feedback. Most team injuries( which were half the team) were from poor practice drills and his push for players to be aggressive to fellow teammates! Team failed championship because of his poor decisions and not playing the best players! Irrational positional changes. A favourites coach who failed our victory because of that! Kick and run style coaching with an emphasis on aggression..Dry season is a must. Not involved in developing a positive team culture. Makes false promises
