The coolest thing about Andrew Teitelbaum is his fake therapy dog, Nyla. "Intense" doesn't even begin to describe how he lies to the NCAA about how many hours a week his team practices. Just ask him about their "optional" Monday workouts he organized this year. Whoever rated him a 5.0 clearly hasn't rowed in the past 6 years.

I appreciate that coaches have a lot to manage, including keeping people moving towards the same goal coming from different places like our team did. I always felt like everything Andy had to say was towards the goal of us finding our own success.
