Has a good understanding of the game. Doesn’t personally know his players enough to get the best out of them individually.

He was our first assistant at UMBC. Took time to talk to players not only about soccer. Cares about the individual as well. Really enjoyed playing for him and think he will make a great head coach.

He’s been nothing but kind to me, however, I feel as if he has taken a back seat to the previous head coach for too long. Now that he’s head coach, I’m expecting some changes.

Coach Anthony Adams is a great coach and person. He is someone that players feel comfortable talking to about anything from soccer to life in general. He plans practices very well and often has the team work on a variety of different areas within each session. He also does a good job of analyzing what is best for his team tactically, and creates good plans for how to exploit the opposing team's weaknesses. He is well respected by players and shows the same respect towards them.
