Maybe not meant to be a head coach. She is abosloutly a good person, and she cares about the players and their well being. She either doesn't know how to be a head coach or needs to figure out how she wants to coach, and fast.

I think that she wants the best for us but sometimes she doesn't always listen to what we have to say. I believe if she were able to make a more conscious effort with things we'd be a lot more successful.

She is changing her coaching style to how she actually wants to coach which is being able to hold the team accountable in our actions and to be able to encourage us while doing that.
