Very knowledgeable about the sport and is passionate about wanting success for both the men's and women's programs. Can sometimes be difficult to get feedback from if you (the athlete) don't initiate the conversation.

Augie is a very knowledgeable coach that loves the sport and the team environment. He works hard to keep building a culture where we need to think outside our box and see our team as a family.
