Picks favorites, and creates team drama by gossiping with the favorite players over personal issues. Clear favoritism. It brings players in to not play them or give them chances. Lies about playing time to get you there. Media day with just starters or select hand-picked people. Loved the atmosphere, but it sucks when your coaches turn everyone against you when you have worked so hard for something your whole life just to give it up one day because they made me end up hating softball. Lots of drama & team division, if you weren't recommended to play by a “favorite” you most likely would never touch the field no matter how good you were. Also was told they'd have a huge video scoreboard when recruited, there is yet to be a change lol. Just more lies.
