Does not develop players. Treats players like children. Pits players against each other. Does not foster team spirit. Very poor communication. Extremely defensive when feedback is shared. Lack of trust. Uses intimidation tactics to try and get players to quit so she can recruit new transfer students athletes. Manipulative, untrustworthy. Insular mindset. Ignores player feedback. Does not foster an environment of trust among players. Does not communicate with ancillary training staff. Uses retaliatory tactics and punishment when anonymous feedback mechanisms are utilized by players. Her recent track record of losses over the 2023 and 2024 season shows that she is a terrible coach that plays the exact same starters all game long, all season long, and does not know how to develop her players to create depth of talent. And finally, cares only about her job and not about the players.
