Do not join this team unless you want to hate lacrosse. Betsy is a narcissist and has extremely weird relationships with players. Only plays favorites even if they suck and turn the ball over 15x a game. She is only consistent with losing and still refuses to make changes. Very calculated and malicious. Does not care about athletes mental health... not really sure what she does care about… definitely not winning. Don’t know how she has not been fired.

Worst coach at CCSU. This past year had over 5 people in fall ball will injuries (hairline fractures, everything) and would push girls even though they were hurt. She is a narcissist and has weird relationships with players. Her record has never been more than 2 wins a season, and she doesn’t develop players. Has gone through 3 assistants in 2 years. School does nothing about her, even though she is the reason for fear and mental health issues within players. Disgusting that Central has not done anything about her coaching.

She is a very disorganized coach. The environment she creates is drama-filled, and she enjoys hearing about everything that happens. She has favorites and will consistently play her favorites, regardless of whether they are good or not. Since she became a coach, she has won only 12 games and lost 83 over the past six years. The school does nothing to help the student athletes who are constantly having meetings with higher-ups regarding the emotional, verbal, and mental abuse they go through. It's time that a change is done.

10 seasons has not gotten any better never changes out her players even when loosing 20-0 which is a typical game score. Has no team bonding makes promises and doesn’t follow thru has terrible communication with her players very toxic team environment she feeds into team drama instead of putting an end to it. Allows players to be outcasted and bullied if you want to get playing time and win games don’t expect it here she picks her starters regardless of how good or bad they are and that’s that nothing changes she’s not a positive coach that’s wants to teach players to get better and win she’s just okay with loosing season after season and it shows in her history.
