AccessibleCoolDirectBeverly Smith is a great coach. Wants players to succeed and improve everyday. She does a great job of motivating her players and team. She also successfully builds relationships with each individual player. Her main goal is to win, but to also make you a better person in life then when you first entered the program.

IntenseCoach Smith knows a lot about the game of softball. She has the potential to be an excellent coach and excel but there are a few things that hold her back from doing so. For instance, she has multiple weapons on her roster who can pose different threats and keep opposing teams off balance, both offensively and defensively, but she chooses to play the same players game in and game out. She has destroyed more players and their self-confidence than any other coach I know.

AccessibleCoolOnce she makes up her mind she sticks to it. It doesn't matter how a player is performing, she doesn't change her roster and doesn't give other kids an opportunity to play.
