Coach Barrale is an extremely positive person who is laid back in a sense but very involved in the development and life of his players

Great guy, who is honest with all players and means well, although sometimes awkward. Highly caring for his players both on the field, in the classroom, and financially with family decisions. Never someone to pressure a current player to redshirt if hurt. More than willing to play freshmen if they are good enough.

Good motivator and cares a lot about the team. Not the most personable coach and sometimes shows too much passion.
