Positives: Has your back with game situations (refs), invites you into home for events. Negatives: Doesn't care for you as a person, Never made a connection to me or my family in all four years I've been under him, Shows favorites, Lies, Makes everything based around his time and his life and doesn't consider others (school, travel, etc.)

Honestly, doesn't belong in the women's basketball world. He's a cool guy off the court, and he tries. But he is not receptive to any critique or constructive criticism from players who are trying to help the team out. Gets offended when people ask him stuff. Runs robot plays for a 1/2 guard oriented offense even if his best players are otherwise.

We haven't played games with him yet so some questions were a little difficult, but so far he is a fine coach, just an adjustment.
