You are going to work hard for Coach Elliott on the field and in the class room. He has certain (but reasonable) academic standards he expects you to meet. He is extremely particular about the little things (like how we look for practice/ games and running to the field from the yellow gate) which was huge for me during the recruiting process. Coach Elliott will be honest with you during the recruiting process about what he is looking for and what to expect from Virginia Wesleyan Softball.
