Brent is a great coach. I just need more communication from him. Sometimes his lack of communication can seem insensitive but still he is a great coach and has definitely gotten better over my four years. He learned how to communicate with women better over the years.

Very laid back persona, but expects the best from his athletes. However, he is not very accessible; to reach him best do so by phone (calls over text). I felt at times he told players what they wanted to hear in some situations rather than the truth, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the context. Overall, not a bad coach.
