Is more on the quiet side then so out spoken which can be a positive or negative depending on each individual athlete. Brian Loeffler is a great Division 1 coach for a swimmer that wishes to have a well-rounded college experience. However, Brian gives back to you what you are willing to give to the sport. If you are looking for a more relaxed college experience the team is a great atmosphere. If you are looking to propel your swimming career you must be prepared to be very self-motivated.
