    Brian is not transparent with players, recruits, or parents. The culture on this team is toxic and Brian ignores it and continues to promote toxic players. Brian does not respect the fact that student athletes are students first.

    Brian is not professional. He plays favorites, withholds information, and does not understand that student athletes are students first. The culture on this team is horrible, and Brian just ignores toxic aspects and continues to reward individuals who contribute to this bad culture. He is not upfront with recruits or parents.
