HonestKnowledgeableBelieves In YouCreates A Great Team CultureEasy To Get Along WithHe is the most knowledgeable coach I have ever had. Can take an individual at any level, even advanced, and make them a better Swimmer. Very easy going which is one of his best qualities but is the only think that can be his only fallback at times also.
