Honestly after having Brianna Roache as a head coach for two years I feel I did not learn anything under her coaching. She doesn’t demonstrate what it takes to be a coach. At times I felt she was still trying to learn the game of lacrosse herself. I felt she did not have any experience coaching at a division one level. She Wouldn’t take feedback.

Disconnected from players, doesn’t care to build relationships at all. Plays mind games and is not straight up. We are expected to take feedback but she won’t. No value on mental health- it’s all about “mental toughness”. Team culture is great between the girls because we all feel the same way about the coach.
