Continuously plays players who continue to mess up, just because they are here favorites. Talks negatively about other players to other players. Often didn’t let players see the trainers for recovery time when it was necessary. Rude lady who doesn’t seem to really care about her players. No good.

Stripped all of my love for the game. She tells you what you want to hear, and if you are not a favorite, it's like you do not even exist. If you're a favorite you can make as many mistakes as you please, but if you aren't you make one mistake and you are out. She stripped me of every ounce of confidence I had and made me feel worthless.

Bridget Hurlman, along with assistant coach Mary Holt, strip you of your love for the game. These women will bully you into making you think you are less than an ball player. They make you feel small, ugly, guilty of your own talent by breaking you down mentally and emotionally. It is a shame what Hurlman does to her players. Please go elsewhere.

I have never been more embarrassed to play softball in my life. Bridget nor her assistant coach Mary Holt know a thing about softball. This program is horrible not because of the talent they have, but because of the two people making the decisions.

In the beginning of my softball career, she was a decent coach. She was good with communication, teaching, and all aspects of coaching, but by the end she has become lazy. She doesn't do much really, our assistant coach takes the role of the head coach. She does not do her job anymore period.

Bridget Hurlman is the worst coach/person that I have ever played for in my entire life. She is dishonest, petty, childish, unprofessional, and ignorant. She plays favorites and are blatantly rude to people they don't like. She is unfit to be a coach of any kind and should have never been hired for this position.

Favoritism, people can miss practice and still start, holds different standards for people, if she doesn't like you you're never gonna get a chance unless it is to set you up for more failure so they have an "excuse" not to play you again. Headcoach and assistant coach are selfish and don't care about their players they only care about themselves

Dishonest. Only cares about herself. Treats staff poorly (doesn't like the trainer so she doesn't let her travel with the team) and only plays favorites. She is never around. Very lazy. Does not help out URI or its community. Does not take responsability for her actions. Very mean and blows situations out of proportion. Overall, terrible.
