Poor communication, lack of respect for anyone around her. Husband runs the team and she runs the program, shows favoritism for specific athletes and speaks in a condescending tone always. She is extremely passionate but to the point of detriment to the mental health of others.

I am the photographer for the womens lacrosse team at xavier. She made me feel like I was really part of the team. I really appreciate how she made me feel welcomed even tho I am the photographer.

Coming from someone who has played under both coaches at Xavier University, the difference is extremely noticeable. Coach Britt provides a safe and healthy environment to grow as an individual and as an athlete. She makes sure that players are taken care of not only physically but also mentally, creating a safe space to talk about mental health.

It's nice to see a coach care about players as people instead of just caring about their skills. I think she still needs time to settle into D1 coaching but she's doing a great job so far.

A step in the right direction for Xavier. A long way to go but good strides made in year 1.

Just what Xavier needed. Cares about her players, wants the best for them as well as the team. I think she has the program trending in the right direction.

From the start, Coach Morris seems to be very supportive of her players and truly cares about them as student athletes. She is extremely positive on and off the field. She definitely has Xavier lacrosse moving in a positive direction!

I was honestly really nervous when I first came to Xavier because I had heard some negative things about the past coaching staff and wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first time we met, though, she made me feel comfortable and excited to be a Musketeer. It’s been awesome to see how much she cares about building a positive team culture and helping this program grow. I’m so grateful for everything she’s doing.

Coach Morris inherited a mess. She has done an amazing job in rebuilding trust, instilling a new found confidence in the girls, and finally laying the foundation on building a healthy team culture and program. She genuinely cares about the development of her players beyond the lacrosse field. Looking forward to seeing where she can take this program.

Considering the disaster that Brittney inherited, she's doing great. You can tell how much she and her staff care about the athletes. She is also very kind to any support staff, making them feel as if they're a part of the team. There's lots of room to grow, but she's doing great, and I can't wait to see how far she takes the team.

Genuinely the worst coach ever. Her husband is terrible and she gaslight the team to get him hired. Do not play for this woman go have a college lacrosse career where you never feel the need to transfer .

Cares so much for each player. Injured, MVP, no playing time, manager, or photographer. Everyone is a part of the team, and she makes that very clear.

Coach Britt came on board about a year ago and really had a disaster to clean up. She had to rebuild the team on many levels. Throughout the year her door was always open to start to build relationships, talk lacrosse, talk academics, talk about life in general. Some of the team took advantage of this, some did not, but it was always available to the girls. She has led the team with honesty, care, and knowledge. While the season did not bring as many wins as the program wanted, it brought closer games, more positive interactions, and a team who was more dedicated to the game. There is still a lot of work to be done to build the team skill-wise and culture-wise but Xavier is definitely back on track.

After Coach Meg Decker left Xavier women's lacrosse needed someone to come in and change the program. This is exactly what Coach Brittney has done and continues to do. She has brought in a coaching staff that not only cares about you as a player but also as a person. They are making connections with the girls on the team. Coach Brittney has turned this program into one that girls are excited to play for and want to represent well.

Coach Brittany inherited a complete mess at Xavier but she has taken the roll on with kindness, knowledge, commitment, enthusiasm, and determination. She knows that her number one job is to help this team love the game again and so far is doing just that. She is getting to know the team, spending countless hours building the program and doing all she can to help this team move on. She has brought on a caring and knowledgeable staff, including her husband. We will see how everything will shake out during the spring season but so far Brittany is exactly who should be leading this team.
