The coaches style is very old school, something needs to either change with her coaching style or her recruiting because the team is just not where it should be. This coach has massive player bias, and only gives chances to her favorite personalities and not their abilities. Fosters a team environment where her players put down other players when their hits are better than there’s and tells them they need to cut back. When I told them I was going to transfer they told me that they would tell every coach, of all the schools I was looking at not to let me on their team.
