Great coach. Very honest and direct and wants the best. She has a lot on her plate with her three kids and I think it shows that she might have too much on her plate with 3 seasons in a row... can be a little too negative at times

Carolyn Martin is simply just a caring person and that about her shines through in her coaching. She is always willing to go the extra mile (no pun intended) to help all of her athletes. Her mission is clearly to make every runner that comes under her wing not only a better athlete, but a better person before they leave Quinnipiac. Any high schooler would be making a great decision in choosing Coach Martin to guide them through their 4+ years of college!
