She is absolutely terrible. She has a fun time playing mind games with her players, ask any of the alumni and they will tell you the same thing. Her ego is so big, the team's best interest is not in her mind but rather proving a point and making everything about herself.

Coach Elliott is a wonderful coach. She is willing to give you her to you all if you are positive, work hard, and communicate with her. I would say she is the most positive NCAA Division I coach in America.
