    Chugger is a fantastic coach who cares about his players on and off the field. He has put together a tremendous staff that balances each other out very well. Chugger provides direct feedback and will not sugar coat where you need to be better. You come to the ACC to compete with the best and Chugger will hold you to that standard. You will leave VT a better player and person.

    Arrogant and disrespectful behind closed doors has a pending lawsuit by former player. Misogynistic man who treats players like cattle. Glad I left the program and I’m thriving at new university. Do your homework highest penalized team in conference all he teaches is how to be nasty.

    He truly wants you to be your best version of yourself on and off the field. When you want to play in the ACC this is what you want in a coach. He will be honest about when you can give more to the team and wants you to get better each day. Cares about you off the field more than anything.

    Extremely knowledgable about the game of soccer and has added staff members who bring different coaching and playing perspectives, which is great. However, at times he is hard to communicate with and not super personable.

    He's got good soccer knowledge and he is a very good coach. He is extremely keen on fitness and then soccer.
