As a walk-on member of this team, my coach was always supportive. I, along with a majority of my team, was previously uneducated on the sport as it is not offered in most high schools. My coach is strongly motivated by winning and will do all he can to get us ready to do so. Personally, I am involved in many extra-curricular activities throughout campus and have gotten a lot of recognition and praise from my coach for doing so instead of him asking me to just focus on a sport.
