Chris is a very knowledgeable person. He appreciates good knowledge for the game and for a player to be mindful. He definitely has a strong personality so sometimes when a player is similar in that area there can be conflict. Overall he will reward you for your successes but don't expect hand me outs or anything to come easy.

Chris and I had very different personalities which lead to us never being able to see eye to eye on many occassions. I think he is very intelligent and well spoken, and I believe that he does want success for his team. However, I do believe that there is potential for more compassion and understanding. There needs to be balance.

Everyone is going to complain about the head coach, but overall Chris is great. You can't deny he's reasonable & straight forward. You can approach him about playing time & issues & he'll be honest and never hold it against you. He respects hard workers. Sometimes I question some of his decisions, but in the end you just have to trust his system.

My coach has always been open to meet with me and talk about any bad or good situations I was experiencing. He always makes an effort to find solutions that will fit the both of us in the best way possible. I feel lucky to have a great relationship with him inside and outside the court because I definitely believe he has impacted me in such positive way during my college experience.
