    The team culture is terrible. There is a lot of negativity from the players and this starts with the coach. There is never constructive feedback (always yelling or rolling his eyes), never compliments, and he is inconsistent in his strategies and lineup selections with no real explanation. Overall, it hasn’t been an enjoyable experience.
