Clay is a great guy and a great talker. He's great at talking to recruits, when he remembers to recruit them, and knows a lot about Ohio University. He is a very positive and optimistic person, although often forgetful and somewhat aloof. Whether it be race entering, recruiting, scheduling a bus, or organizing a meet, he sometimes forgets to make time for all of those little things. Overal a nice coach, but not my ideal idea of a "head coach".
