Colin cares about his athletes and always wants the best for the team. Practices can be challenging but if you buy into with the training style and do the work, you'll get faster. I also really liked how the practices were creative and focused a lot on stroke technique. It was never just garbage yardage like so many other progams push. Outside of the pool, Colin is easy to talk to, caring, and gets the big picture.
