In short amount of time he managed to take us from an unsuccessful program to a contender. My personal growth on the field came from his insight. Each member of the team was individually cared for and pushed. Due to this we had tremendous success. Our institute creates leaders. He was an example of how to compete and set standards. If you broke the rules there were consequences for your actions. He instilled qualities and expectations that have assisted me beyond soccer.
