As a head coach, he doesn’t seem to have the drive and passion to push his players to the next level. Deflects blame and usually has his assistant coach run practice. As his tenure has progressed he seems to have lost interest in the team and it’s culture.

Nice guy off of the field but wouldn't recommend as a coach. Has cared less and less about the team as his tenure goes on, inconsistent punishment for big mistakes, dishonest in his promises to players, very unorganized, not willing to go the extra mile, and consistently blames poor performance on anyone outside of himself. He preaches positivity and accountability but those are the two main items he does the worst at.

Good person, but questionable coach at least. Tactics consist of watching YouTube videos on the way to the match. Inconsistent about punishments, almost seems to show preference to players that he likes more when it comes to disciplinary action. Showing less and less interest in the team.
