He is a goofball and a fun coach. He likes to have fun and mess around but can get serious real fast. He is very passionate and competitive about his team and will do everything for them. He pushes his best players the hardest to get everything he knows that they have but is very understanding with injuries and rest. He is a good coach and is putting a great staff around him which is amazing. He started off being very strict bit eventually eased up and understood us. Needs to work on recruiting.
