He is always willing to meet with his players and listen to any comments or concerns that can benefit the team. Dan believes in positive reinforcement and he uses constructive criticism to better our play.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseA very nice guy who cares a lot about his team and is always looking for ways to help them improve. Not always the best advice with regards to the game itself but he always puts in 100% of his effort. Very professional on and off the field.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseDan is overall a very good coach. He knows the game and understands how to coach a female team. Though sometimes communication isn't his strong suit, he is very open to discussion and will respond honestly and directly to any criticism or concern. I've had a very good experience playing soccer and Oberlin college under Dan.

AccessibleCoolDirectDan is not the most knowledgeable about soccer, but for what he lacks he tries to make up for by providing a positive outlet for his players. At times he is not the most agreeable, but his support and confidence in his players is unwavering. Training is not exactly challenging at times, but he works with the team to make sure that it is appropriate for how tired we are. Overall, he is very geared towards focusing on what will benefit the team and players most.
