Coach Neff is a calm and easy to talk to guy whenever your hanging out, and he respects all the players. One the field he’s motivating all the players and trying to get the best out of us. Whenever we would huddle up after practice he would always complement a play that improved or did really good, and he would put anyone down for making mistakes he would just tell them what they would do to improve. He would always tell us we are family and we need to treat each other like family whenever we got mad at each other. Most memorable moment for Neff is every time there was a really bad call Neff would yell at the refs, and I me and a couple teammates would die laughing.

Deeply disappointed in team culture and how Coach Neff treats freshman. Doesn’t know names, takes no interest in getting to know players. The upperclass team is abusive and Neff is either ignoring it or wants this toxic culture. High drug use on team and no discipline.
