Brilliant man, ton of knowledge but translating it into motivational messaging and "rallying the troops" isn't Shaw. He leaves that to the strength staff or Coach Alamar (if he's still there). Don't expect to get close to Shaw. He keeps relatively to himself which is fine and you should respect. The program culture is professionalism and business.
