I am so thankful to have had Deb as a coach; she's not just a coach, but someone who has become a close friend and confidant. Deb has years of experience as a coach, and knows how to handle any and all issues both in and out of practice. She fine tunes training plans to each and every athlete if they need it, listening when you speak. It doesn't matter if you are the best runner or the worst, she gives you her time, attention, and utmost respect.
