Coach Madl can be tough, but she is also one of the most caring person you will ever meet. She definitely treats every one of her players as if they were her own child and will do anything to help her girls become the best version of themselves.

She is very supportive on and off the field. She doesn't substitute as often as she should for fresh legs. Very passionate and intense

Diane is stubborn in her coaching techniques, and refuses to evolve with the game. She creates a poor team dynamic where people are subjected to awful treatment, of which include bullying. I have truly never been more disappointed in not just a coach, but a person in my entire life. She also encourages behavior that destroys the sense of the team

Most caring person you'll ever meet. Knows the game inside and out. Easy to approach and talk to. Open to honesty and ideas. Strives to not only make her team better athletes, but better human beings. This helps prepare you for the real world after school.

Works very hard and cares more about her players as people before field hockey players. Wants to see each player succeed. Very selfless.
