AccessibleDidn’t really have the opportunity to have a leader as a coach. Us as players were the driving force of the team, not the coach.

AccessibleCoolDirectAs the years progressed, her expertise in the sport failed to increase as well. Solely rating her coaching, she showed favoritism and did not display the qualities of a developing and contending coach in the Pac-12 conference. However, she was cool off the field, cared for her athletes’ academic well-being, and accomplished a lot managerially.

Overall1.0Caring2.0Motivational1.0Knowledgeable1.0Honest2.0Extremely outdated coaching style. Makes her players figure everything out for themselves. Often makes her assistants do her dirty work so she doesn't look like the bad guy.

CoolDirectDon't think I've ever had a worse coach. She's brutally honest, definitely to a fault, she is disrespectful, and honestly doesn't have that much knowledge about the game-- in general but at this point she is too far behind in her pedagogy to ever win anything substantial again.
