AccessibleIntenseReally cares about her players but makes poor choices as a coach and allows her associate coaches to make most of the important decisions. The staff creates an unhappy and depressing environment for the players, focusing more on things unrelated to softball. Overall, the experience has many more lows than highs, leaving most members unhappy.
