Unable to lead and motivate players. Limited tactical knowledge. A lot of friction between him and players.

Ed Kelly is the best coach I have ever played for. He has been an integral part of my development as a soccer player and as a person. Ed makes it very clear to his players what he expects from them and in this way, he is able to get the most out of his players and help them reach their full potential. Playing for Ed is a four-year education in itself. He makes you a better player and a better man.

Coach Kelly could be negative on the pitch at time and does not really give you the freedom to play your own game that much. However, off the pitch he is a good guy.
