Very bad at communicating effectively, does not take constructive criticism well, allows inappropriate relationships between assistant coach and athletes, not very knowledgeable about the sport. Does emphasize academic success. Preaches mental health but does not act on her words. Holds onto intense biases when handling conflict (if willing to handle the conflict at all).
