Although Emma Wallace has played and coached lacrosse, she lacks many qualities that a division I coach should have. First, she does not push us girls, discipline us, or inspire us to work harder for AU Lax and herself. She is often on her phone during lift/conditioning which is very discouraging to us players who are trying to prove ourselves to her. During games, she is not able to adjust the game plan in order to win. She also is not willing to stay after with us or schedule individuals.
