Currently have him as coach for Alvernia. Makes a lot of empty promises, horrible at recruiting, talks about about athletes. Makes jokes that hurt athletes and discourage them rather then motivate, and shows little to no care if you’re not “a top athlete”. Very full of himself and tries comparing his achievements.

Poor Communication

Talks down on athletes. Will treat you like a child and talk to you as if you have never run a day in your life. Works at Alvernia now and ruined the teams culture. Worst coach I have ever had in any sport. Also brings his kid to practice and is horrible towards him. Has ridiculous rules. Says that he wants to listen to athletes because it is “our team” yet anytime anyone goes to him with anything he immediately turns us down. Would not recommend joining a team with him as the coach unless you want to hate the sport and quit within a year.
